Customers

Captimise gather customer contact information - full name, email address, telephone, postal address, company, business sector.

We also gather any information provided by our customer through RFI:s, RFQ, RFP, webforms, other forms and through events attended by representatives of Captimise. Information acquired through customers responding to marketing on digital platforms.

Payment and invoice related information.

Captimise collects and processes these kinds of personal data based on our legitimate interest. That includes for instance:

With regards to our employees, Captimise acts as data controller in the context of employment relationship. The company has a legitimate interest visive our employees, to carry out administrative tasks, as well as because of legal requirements.

Investors and shareholders

Basic information regarding the investor, and contact information such as: full name, date of birth, nationality, e-mail address, professional phone number, country of residence, address.

Professional information, especially with regard to their investment qualifications and fields of specialization.

Captimise is the sole data controller regarding shareholder data.

Employee candidates

Identification related personal data – such as full name, gender, date of birth, nationality.

Contact information – home address, email and private phone number etc.

Professional information – containing for instance work/project experience, education, language skills, professional association, learning history, courses, competence, possible publications etc.

Any other data that the employee candidate may have given, not requested by Captimise.

Captimise process personal data with regards to employee candidates due to its legitimate interest – i.e to find the best possible candidate for open positions, and in some case because of legal requirements.

Visitor to our website
